What is a vacuum-packed mattress?
It is a mattress that has been compressed and sealed in vacuum packaging. That makes it smaller: it is easier to take up in a lift and carry up a narrow staircase. Once unpacked, the mattress expands. It must not be rolled up or bent again — the care rules forbid this for spring mattresses, including after vacuum packing.
How do I unpack a vacuum-packed mattress?
Lay the mattress on the bed or a flat floor and open the packaging carefully, keeping sharp objects away from the fabric. Let it expand and air it in a spacious room for at least 10 days to let the factory smell fade; after 14 days it is minimal.
What springs and layers are inside?
All four models have a pocket spring unit with 240 springs per square metre. They differ in the layers above it. Gracia and Luxe have two 12 mm PU foam layers on each side. Grand+ adds a 30 mm PU foam layer on top. Zima & Leto has a 20 mm natural latex layer on one side. The full layer list is on each product page.
How firm are the models and what load do they take?
Gracia — below medium firmness, up to 100 kg per sleeping place. Luxe — medium firmness, up to 120 kg. Zima & Leto — medium firmness, up to 140 kg. Grand+ — firm, up to 150 kg.
How do the two sides of Zima & Leto differ?
One side is covered with a 380 g/m² cooling-effect fabric; according to the manufacturer, it feels fresh in hot weather. The other side is 240 g/m² cotton fabric with polyester padding, two 12 mm PU foam layers and 20 mm of natural latex underneath.
What warranty do they come with?
The warranty is given by the manufacturer, Fabrika Sna (Kyrgyzstan): 3 years for Gracia, 4 years for Luxe and Zima & Leto, 5 years for Grand+. Average service life is 15 years, according to the manufacturer.

Is delivery free?
Delivery across Almaty is free: the courier carries the mattress up and puts it on your bed. Just outside the city delivery is paid on receipt; to other cities we ship by transport company at its own rate and against prepayment.
