What makes premium different from the base ranges

The difference is not the cover, it is the number of layers inside. A base model works with one material — a spring unit or a slab of PU foam. In the premium range we build 3–4 layers: natural latex from Belgium, memory foam, coconut coir and PU foam. Springless models in the F series are built on an 18 cm PU foam core with 2 cm of latex, 4 cm of memory foam and a coir layer; the finished mattress is 22–27 cm tall. The L series uses the same layers over a PocketSpring 256 unit and comes out at 33–38 cm. Every spring sits in its own spunbond pocket, so movement is not passed to the other side of the bed. If you need a denser unit, we also make MultiPocket 512 — those models are in the pocket spring section.

Who needs premium and who is overpaying

Each layer does a different job. Memory foam follows the shape of the body — side sleepers who wake up with a numb shoulder usually choose it. Latex with coconut coir gives a springy, firmer surface and supports the lower back. A multi-layer build is worth it when the mattress is slept on every night and the weight is above average. It becomes overpaying when the mattress is for a guest room, a summer house or a rented flat: over a couple of nights a month you will not feel the difference between three layers and one, and the general catalogue starts at 30 500 ₸. There is also no reason to pay extra for firmness alone — firmness comes from coconut coir and a dense unit, not from the price.

Prices, sizes and lead times

The section has 12 models priced from 65 200 to 271 700 ₸; the spread depends on the size and the number of layers. Eight standard sizes from 80×200 to 200×200, plus any custom size to your measurements, which adds 1–2 days to the lead time. Production takes 3–5 working days; items in stock are dispatched the next day. Delivery in Almaty is free, our own courier carries the mattress up and brings it to the bed; it rolls up, so it fits a standard lift. Payment: Kaspi, transfer to the company account, or cash to the courier.

Warranty and where to try it

The warranty runs from 1 to 5 years depending on the model, with a service life of up to 12 years. We have made our mattresses ourselves since 2007 at our workshop in Boraldai on Italian equipment, so a warranty claim goes straight to the factory.
