We make our mattresses ourselves and stand behind their quality. If anything is wrong with your order, get in touch and we will make it right — we will replace the item or refund your money.

Returning a defective item

If you discover a defect in a purchased item, contact us. We will inspect the product: if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange the return and replace the item with a quality equivalent or refund your money.

Item damaged in transit

If your item was damaged during delivery, document the damage (take photos if possible) and let us know right away. We will replace the item with an equivalent one or refund your money.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned complete and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are reimbursed if the item proves to be defective.

How to arrange a return

• 1. Contact us by phone or on WhatsApp and describe the issue.
• 2. If needed, send us photos of the item and its packaging.
• 3. We will inspect the product and agree on a replacement or refund.
