What Our Mattresses Are Made Of
Springs – Evospring, Russia.
The use of an independent pocket spring unit eliminates the "hammock" effect and gives mattresses and upholstered furniture unique orthopedic properties, precisely following the contours of the body.

Soy Foam – Torres, Spain.
The Spanish company Torresespic® is the world's leading manufacturer of natural flexible foam. Since its founding in 1973, the company has consistently confirmed its high standing, continuously growing and improving.

Polyurethane foam (PU foam) – FoamLine, Russia
Polyurethane foam is one of the safest and most hypoallergenic materials. Furniture and mattresses made from it release no harmful substances, having no adverse effect on human health or the environment.
Products from the FoamLine plants in Roshal and Saint Petersburg carry the European CertiPUR certificate, which guarantees the safety of the foam used in a mattress or upholstered furniture.
Fabric – Boyteks, Turkey
Coconut coir – Ko-Si. Belgium and Slovenia
Latex – NaftaKhim and Ko-Si. Russia and Slovenia.
Linen cloth – Ko-Si. Slovenia.
Ko-Si was founded in 1970 with the aim of making padding layers for mattresses and upholstered furniture from natural plant and animal fibers. Over the years, additional products have been added and entirely new programs developed, such as a horticultural line with erosion-control products, natural mattresses, coconut-fiber bio-insulation for construction, and natural-material cushioning elements for protecting delicate goods.
