Pocket spring unit or foam

The catalogue holds 46 models made at our own factory, and every one of them is built on one of two constructions. A pocket spring unit — PocketSpring 256 or MultiPocket 512 — keeps each spring in its own spunbond pocket, so it never drags its neighbours with it. That is the choice for a couple, especially when the partners differ in weight: movement on one side is not passed to the other. There are 27 such models, 33 200 – 222 600 ₸. Foam mattresses are a solid stack of PU foam, latex, coconut coir or a combination of them; there is no metal inside at all, and firmness comes from the set of layers. That section has 5 models, 30 500 – 527 400 ₸. Separately, there are vacuum-packed orthopedic mattresses from the partner brand Fabrika Sna: four pocket spring models delivered compressed in vacuum packaging.

Choosing firmness by weight

Go by the weight of whoever sleeps on that side: up to 60 kg — soft or medium, 60–90 kg — medium, over 90 kg — firm or the 512-spring unit. Coconut coir adds firmness, latex and PU foam add give, which is why some models have two different sides: latex on one, coconut coir on the other. The load per sleeping place is listed in the specifications of every model: Optima P — 115 kg, Stem P — 120 kg, Seasons M — 140 kg, the Mega line — up to 150 kg, Hard — up to 170 kg.

What a mattress costs

Prices in the catalogue run from 30 500 to 527 400 ₸. Three things explain the spread: size (eight standards from 80×200 to 200×200, with non-standard sizes made to your own measurements), filling (Belgian latex and coconut coir cost more than PU foam) and the height with the number of layers. Children's mattresses are 42 800 – 129 100 ₸, the premium line 65 200 – 271 700 ₸. We have been a factory since 2007: the workshop is in Boraldai, the equipment is Italian, output up to 200 mattresses a day.

Lead time, delivery and warranty

Production takes 3–5 working days, a non-standard size adds 1–2 days, and items in stock ship the next day. Delivery in Almaty is free: our own courier carries the mattress up and brings it to your bed. A springless latex or PU foam mattress can be rolled up, so it fits a standard lift and a narrow staircase; a spring mattress must not be rolled and travels flat. Outside the city and to other regions we send it by a transport company at its own rate and on prepayment — the cost is calculated by volumetric weight. Payment: Kaspi, transfer to the company account, or cash to the courier in Almaty. You can lie on the models in our showroom at the ARMADA mall (Kabdolova 1/8, block 2, row 6, boutique 14a), open daily 10:00–20:00. Warranty is from 1 to 5 years, service life up to 12 years.
