Consent to the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V dated May 21, 2013 "On Personal Data and Its Protection" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter jointly referred to as the Law),

I, ___________________________________ a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, _________________________________________ individual identification number __________________________ hereby give my unconditional consent to Third Parties, i.e. persons connected, both at present and in the future, with the circumstances or legal relations concerning the collection, processing and protection of my personal data (data about me), to the collection, processing and cross-border transfer, by means not contrary to the law, for the purposes set out in this consent, and from sources, including publicly available ones, in connection with any civil-law and (or) other legal relations with the SELLER, whether already existing or arising in the future, of the following personal data of mine (about me), as well as of any future changes and (or) additions thereto, recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other tangible media, including, but not limited to:

information required for establishing civil-law and (or) other legal relations, as well as for interaction in the course of their performance, and documents confirming such information: surname, first name, patronymic (if any); citizenship; individual identification number (IIN); identity document details; date and particulars of birth; presence and category of disability and degree of limitation of capacity to work; data on social benefits and social status; information on legal capacity; portrait image (photograph); gender; signature; bank details (bank account number, bank name and BIC); biographical data; any personal-record data; driver's license details; documents confirming ownership or other legal title to property, including photographs of the property in any format, identification data, registration and encumbrance data, general characteristics of the property; value and address (location) of the property, state registration data, etc.;

1) this consent applies to all relations with the Seller, including those already existing and (or) arising at the time this consent is given, as well as any others that may arise in the future, and remains in effect both for the term of the transactions (contracts, agreements, etc.) concluded with the Seller and after such activities cease, for the periods established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan that are necessary for the proper performance by the Seller of the rights and obligations imposed on it by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
