Mattress Care and Use Guidelines

1.1.The Buyer has been informed of the intended purpose of the Goods and has full information on the safety, occupational health, and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for the use, transport, and storage of the Goods.
1.2.The mattress must be used only for its intended purpose. The mattress is designed solely for lying on in residential premises. It is not intended for frequent sitting, including sitting on its edge.
1.3.Basic mattress care consists of airing it out and removing dust from the surface with a vacuum cleaner. Do not beat the mattress, as sharp mechanical impact can damage its structure.
1.4.Store the mattress in an enclosed, heated space. The optimal storage temperature is from +10°C to +25°C at a humidity of no more than 80%. Avoid sudden temperature swings during storage, as they lead to condensation. Storage conditions must protect the product from moisture, bright sunlight, and aggressive environments. The mattress must be stored strictly in a horizontal position.
1.5.If the mattress is placed close to heating appliances, their surface must be shielded from heat for as long as the mattress is in use. The heating temperature must not exceed +40°C.
1.6.Keep water and other liquids away from the mattress during use.  If you need to remove stains, use textile cleaning products (for carpets and upholstery) with minimal water content. Air-dry the mattress; do not iron it.
1.7.After unpacking, air the mattress out in a spacious room for at least 10 days before use to remove the factory smell. Vacuuming the mattress helps speed this process up. During the day, it is advisable to keep the mattress free of bedding. If all the guidelines are followed, the smell will fade and become minimal within 14 days. With regular use, the mattress needs to be aired and dried out. Do this at least once a month.
1.8.During use, the mattress may produce characteristic sounds (clicks, crunching, rustling, creaks). These sounds are entirely natural and are not a defect (they occur as the natural components inside the mattress settle) and diminish to a negligible level after 30 days of use.
1.9.The surface the mattress rests on affects how long it lasts. The mattress must not hang over the base; do not use a mattress that is effectively more than 1.5 cm longer or wider than the internal fitting space of the bed. For flexible bases with curved laminated slats, observe the permitted load per sleeping place; the load on the mattress should fall where the slats curve upward. Use the mattress on a solid, flat, horizontal surface or on a quality orthopedic base with springy slats. The gap between the slats in the main part of the base must not exceed 3.5 cm. For mattresses wider than 120 cm, we recommend a base fitted with an additional fifth leg. Do not use the mattress on a bed with a wire mesh base, on sofas, or on any other surface that creates a hammock effect.
1.10. When the mattress is used on an orthopedic base with springy slats, its firmness will change — the mattress will feel slightly softer than stated, due to the flex of the slats.
1.11. The mattress contains no substances hazardous to people or the environment; at the end of its service life it may be disposed of as household waste
1.12. For adjustable bases, choose only mattresses designed for adjustable bases.
1.13. It is important that the bed size matches the mattress size. If your mattress turns out smaller or larger, it will deform and will not be able to do its job properly.
1.14. Only springless mattresses based on latex or polyurethane foam may be rolled or bent. A spring mattress — including a spring mattress that came vacuum-packed — must never be rolled or bent again. Doing so will damage the mattress's comfort layers and spring units.
1.15. Distribute the load on the mattress evenly. Flip the mattress — swapping the top and bottom sides — once every six months, and rotate it head-to-foot once every 1-3 months. This allows the soft comfort layers to recover their original properties, since they compact during use and, as a result, settle slightly. This is due to the properties of the materials used in the comfort layers and is an objective factor beyond the manufacturer's control.
1.16. If the mattress develops settling, first check the base for deformation or depressions. Second, flip the mattress to the other side and continue using it correctly, following the recommendations above, for at least 60 days.
1.17. Do not jump on the mattress, walk on it, or subject it to sharp mechanical impact.
1.18. Check that your weight matches the values recommended for the given model. The mattress's service life will be significantly reduced if the weight exceeds the stated limits.
